6/23/2019 0 Comments Personal Road Map Course, "Getting to Know Thyself, Better" (Shadow Work Lesson 2: Looking back at ALL you have accomplished; includes FREE PDF)What have You ACCOMPLISHED, so far? In this exercise: Treat your life like a CHECKLIST Each life we live is different from any other life ever lived or will be lived; either by us or by the billions of other souls in this world. Some of us are destined for greatness, right now; while others are meant for something less grand, but still just as important and necessary. The point of Shadow Work is to connect to our inner selves and find out who we really are- from a “big picture” point of view. A good starting point to get to the nitty-gritty darkness of our souls is to start with the good stuff, first. And to clarify- Darkness does not mean evil; darkness is instead a reference to the wounds & scars we carry upon our hearts and souls. That’s where this lesson is going to take you. Today, we’re going to find some of that good stuff by looking back on your life so far… all that you have accomplished, whether the results were good or bad. And how we’re going to do that is by reviewing events in your life (good or bad, big or small) that you have completed in some way. I want you to close your eyes for a bit and think of your life as one big, albeit- overwhelming, checklist. If we apply this idea to this exercise, what it is we are trying to focus on is events that have been completed- either by victory or defeat. Perhaps when one event ended- you got ahead in life (i.e. a graduation or a promotion), or you survived something life threatening (i.e. a car crash or giving birth), or maybe you helped someone in a way that impacted their lives (i.e. introduced your friend to their spouse, or talked someone out of suicide). Only you know what your accomplishments are; and these can be big or small… anything that was a task finished, a chapter closed- is an accomplishment, for this exercise. “Anything that was a task finished, a chapter closed- is an accomplishment.” T.B. Cooper I did this exercise a while back, and I've decided to share my list with you. Any personal info such as names/locations, etc., have been blacked out out of respect for the privacy of those involved. But, maybe... by looking at my list you can get an idea of how to complete your own... **Trigger warnings for content in the next two photos** And yes, you can totally do this exercise on a regular piece of paper like I did, but I have made a PDF for you, included with today's lesson, that you can stick in your notebook or binder, or where ever you've chosen to keep these lessons together.
After you’ve started your list and written down as much as you can think of, take a few moments to reflect on each “event” you listed. Then, like you did in Lesson #1 of Shadow Work, you have several Event Reflection Blocks near the end of this exercise to explore further some of the events you’ve listed. Perhaps some of these you hadn’t thought about listing in Exercise 1. You can dissect these additional events using the same format to further understand the lessons you’ve learned from each one. Well, that wraps up Lesson #2...

That is all. Love you! T.B. Cooper

No, we are not DONE with Numerology, but your most important numbers that you need to know are your Life Path Number, your Expression/Destiny Number, your Birth Day Number, your Soul Urge/Heart's Desire Number, and finally, today's lesson: your Personality Number. And, today's lesson also marks the adherence to only worldnumerology.com for the remainder of the lessons as numerologist.com, at this point, will no longer be relevant; as to go further with them for your info you would have to pay for your personal numerology report. To be clear, I do recommend that if you can afford to buy your report from an actual Professional Numerologist, you should do that, as we can find out a lot on our own and interpret (it) ourselves, but a professional's insight is always helpful. JS. So... what does your Personality Number mean? Your Personality Number is the way the world sees you, how you carry & portray yourself, outwardly. Although you might not care what others think, KNOWING how you are perceived by others can be helpful when it comes to achieving your goals. In the case of your Personal Road Map, your Personality Number will help you to know how to communicate better with people along your journey by giving you insight into what they see & hear when you interact with them. Again, for this lesson, we will only be using (for the most part) worldnumerology.com. There is some information to be gleaned from a few smaller sites that you might want to check out, but again, you’ll get most of what you need from the one site mentioned. And I'll leave the links to those other sites, at the bottom.
Like we did in Lesson #3 (Birth Day Number), for the first pages (End of page 25 through page 27) you will do a similar type of thing. After you have calculated your Personality Number... USE THIS LINK>>> worldnumerology.com, and at the bottom of the page you will find links to your corresponding Personality Number. Find your number and copy down ALL of the information about you, from your Personality Number, sentence by sentence. You can use shorter sentence form as necessary/desired, BUT the IMPORTANT PART is... You will be rewriting the sentences as “I AM”, “I Do”, “I Love”, and “I Tend to”, Statements... Next, on Page 28, you will answer the following question... How do these personality traits affect/or induce some misperceptions about you that could be seen as weakness, or signs of being either too loose or maybe too rigid? Like, does your niceness make you a target to be taken advantage of? Or does the way you dress make you appear boring, or careless, or inflexible/unapproachable? This is not to imply that these qualities are necessarily bad things, but if for example, you have a hard time making friends or building relationships that last… you might be able to discover why things are the way they are based off of your Personality Number. Then, on Page 29, you will look at some of the positive aspects or opportunites by answering this question... What are some qualities of your Personality Number that can actually be beneficial to you? What opportunities can you see opening up for you, based on how other people perceive you? Finally, on Page 30, you will find a comparison chart to use in the following way... Take a look at Lesson #4 (Soul Urge/Heart’s Desire Number) at the two boxes you filled out that pertain to what you think and feel are the perceptions of you, by others: “The thing I get the most compliments for, about myself, from others (not physical trait- related) is:”, & the table where you marked “Always/Sometimes/or Never” about how often people come to you in different scenarios. Based off of what you marked and wrote down in Lesson #4, how does your understanding of your Personality Number confirm, clarify, or confuse for you? Here are two additional links for a bit more insight into your Personality Number. Please Note that these sites do offer a helpful bit of info, but do NOT in any way, compare to the plethora of knowledge able to be gleaned from worldnumerolgy.com. SeventhLifePath.com and SoulNumerology.com If you missed my little update post from a couple of days ago, where I let ya'll know what's been going on with me, you can click here to read that. Don't worry... It's a short post!
