Like we did in Lesson #3 (Birth Day Number), for the first pages (End of page 25 through page 27) you will do a similar type of thing.
 
After you have calculated your Personality Number... 

USE THIS LINK>>> worldnumerology.com, and at the bottom of the page you will find links to your corresponding Personality Number. Find your number and copy down ALL of the information about you, from your Personality Number, sentence by sentence. You can use shorter sentence form as necessary/desired, BUT the IMPORTANT PART is... You will be rewriting the sentences as “I AM”, “I Do”, “I Love”, and “I Tend to”, Statements... ​

Next, on Page 28, you will answer the following question...

​How do these personality traits affect/or induce some misperceptions about you that could be seen as weakness, or signs of being either too loose or maybe too rigid? Like, does your niceness make you a target to be taken advantage of? Or does the way you dress make you appear boring, or careless, or inflexible/unapproachable? This is not to imply that these qualities are necessarily bad things, but if for example, you have a hard time making friends or building relationships that last… you might be able to discover why things are the way they are based off of your Personality Number.

Finally, on Page 30, you will find a comparison chart to use in the following way...

Take a look at Lesson #4 (Soul Urge/Heart’s Desire Number) at the two boxes you filled out that pertain to what you think and feel are the perceptions of you, by others:
 
“The thing I get the most compliments for, about myself, from others (not physical trait- related) is:”, & the table where you marked “Always/Sometimes/or Never” about how often people come to you in different scenarios.
 
Based off of what you marked and wrote down in Lesson #4, how does your understanding of your Personality Number confirm, clarify, or confuse for you?

Alright... so first off, let me make a small suggestion? If you haven't already started placing these lessons in a folder or 3-ring binder, I suggest you do so. And also get some dividers with tabs for each area we will be covering.

I decided to start the Shadow Work part of this series now, because I feel that doing it concurrently as we, right now, are doing Numerology, couldn't harm anything. Plus, Shadow Work, which is just another way of saying, "Getting to know the Darker Side of Me," or "getting to know why I do what I do, because of methods I've put in place to cope with shit in this life, and all the rest," is really a lengthy and deep process, and I didn't feel we should really wait to dig in. Actually, to be technical... I've kinda felt PUSHED to do this now.

You could also just type in "Shadow Work" in a Google search and find dozens of sites that can help you find & understand your darker half.

For this part of the series however, I will be guiding you, myself. The Lessons I will be sharing will be based off of MY TEACHINGS & Experiences as a Healer & Teacher. So, in other words, I will not be sending you to other sites for the most part, unless, like I did above, I need to send you to something that gives a definition or background.

Since Shadow Work is solely about you, the individual, and is a complex mix of Nature & Nurture, I've decided to just kinda do my own thing here, with you guys. Again, as I've stated before, I'm doing this series because I feel compelled to... I feel as though I am just a conduit for the Universe to speak through to help guide/help as many people as I possibly can. So, that's why this area of the series is being presented now, the way it is.

What I want to tell you about how I will be doing Shadow Work with you is:

There is no "START HERE FIRST". I'm not going in a specific order of operations. I'm really just tackling issues as they come to me... meaning, I am guiding you, as I am being guided to do so. Usually, a lesson comes to me after I have done an impromptu version of it, in real life for someone, so that's kinda how these lessons will be evolving and being taught.

For example, today's lesson is about finding the Positive within a Negative situation...

WARNING: This is a really hard and triggering exercise. I promise you, Shadow Work is the ugly part of getting to know yourself better. It is painful. But, it is necessary. To grow, we MUST face our demons. We MUST find out what the lessons were in everything we experienced.

Do you have to do this lesson now?

Absolutely not. But you should bookmark it and come back to it, and/or print out the PDF for when you're ready.

Everyone has been through different varying levels of Super Shit in their lives. I will NOT pass judgment on anyone's experiences; I hope that part goes without saying. All I can do is give you some materials to work with, and be here if you have questions or need some help divining your answers. I got you.
